The eight Moniga Luxury Villas will be built in Moniga del Garda, 200 m from the lake shore, in a quiet and sunny location on a plot of land that slopes gently towards the lake. The villas have private access to the lakefront with cabins and panoramic terraces. All villas have a swimming pool and a private garden. They are specifically designed to meet high levels of energy efficiency and an ecological construction. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof of each villa and the thermal and acoustic insulation is done with aluminum frames and double glazing. The heating-cooling system works with radiant panels activated with a heat pump connected to the swimming pool. The two villas closest to the lake are one-storey houses and the other six villas are two-storey houses.
